Main Navigation

The main navigation banner (see example below) is located at the top of each lesson page. This banner displays the name of the course, and contains links to other course features including Main Menu, Course Map, Resources, Help (which you are currently viewing), and a link (Exit) back to the PEF Training Center.

Page Navigation

The Next button is the best way to access each page in sequential order. Use the Back button to review material on a previous page. During the pretest and posttest, these buttons are disabled and you must select an answer to each test question to proceed to the next page.

Topic Navigation

On the left of each lesson page is a list of topics within the lesson. The list consists of a column of buttons linked to the first page of each topic. The title of the topic you are currently viewing is in bold text. Although you may navigate to any topic in the list by clicking on the appropriate button, the first time you take this course we recommend that you use the Next button to view the pages in sequence.
