Q. Is there a time limit on taking this course?

A. No, you may take all the time you need. However, it is a good practice to complete any online course as soon as practical.

Q. Are my test scores made available to anyone other than myself?

A. No, your test scores and answers to the various exercises are not recorded and are available only to you while you are taking the course.

Q. How do I get credit for taking this course?

A. Once you complete the course, you must score at least 70% on the posttest (What Have You Learned?). Then you will be able to complete an online course evaluation. Your responses to the evaluation will be automatically sent to PEF Education Department staff who will record your successful completion of the course.

A. Yes, you may use the Question and Answer Forum in the PEF Training Center to send comments and/or questions to PEF Education Department staff.

Q. I cannot see all of the content without scrolling horizontally; is there a solution to this problem?

A. Yes, you may have to adjust your screen resolution. This course was designed for a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. See the Screen Resolution section of Help for instructions on adjusting your computer's screen resolution.
