Question and Answer Forum

The Question and Answer Forum, available from the PEF Training Center, is a great place to ask questions about the training that PEF provides.

Posting Questions

The Question and Answer Forum has a button labeled "E-Mail PEF" that allows you to send a question directly to PEF Headquarters in Albany, New York. Please confine your questions to the training session. This feature is not intended to take the place of your PEF Field Representative. Questions not related to the courses will be referred to the appropriate staff.

Reading Messages

Questions related to the courses offered in the PEF Training Center will be posted in the archive section of the Question and Answer Forum, along with the answers provided by appropriate trainers within the PEF Education Department. To view specific questions and answers, please select the month and year of your choice from the dropdown boxes provided, and click on the button labeled "Show posts from that month" (see example below).

Any available postings will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on the question topic of your choice to see the full text of the message. If any messages have recently been posted, the subject of the message will be displayed as a link, followed by the author and the date the message was posted. In the example below, you would click on "Time Limit " to read the message posted by Billy Madison on Thursday, August 25, 2005. The plus sign in the box in front of the message line indicates that someone at PEF HQ has responded to Billy's question. You would click on the plus sign to expand the message line and display the reply in a similar format.
