This lesson–How Important Is the Contract?–illustrates how the nearly 59,000 members of the Public Employees Federation (PEF) are directly affected by the Professional, Scientific and Technical Unit (PS&T) contract.

The PS&T Contract represents many years of dedicated work. Members of PEF work to achieve the best possible agreement which favors members and improves their working conditions. In this respect, PEF has achieved many gains.
