Seriousness of the Task

Achieving an agreement that represents the best possible outcome for both the union and management is not an easy task. However, this effort is taken very seriously by both sides. It requires a team that reflects the diverse interests of the membership and includes subject experts.

The best possible union agreement is one that builds upon the prior agreement (if one exists) without any loss of benefits or rights.
