Labor/Management Committee Process

PEF and the Labor/Management Committee process have a long history. In fact, every contract that has been negotiated by PEF for our members has had language that acknowledges the Labor/Management Committee process as a forum where the parties can meet to “discuss and attempt to resolve matters of mutual concern.”

When both sides (Labor and Management) work cooperatively, the final results can represent a “win/win” situation that builds upon the principles of respect and trust.
