Three Levels of Meetings
Article 24–Labor/Management Committee Process–establishes a three-level structure for meetings:
Facility or Institutional Level
- Meetings take place between PEF representatives and the head of the facility or institution, or the designee no less than twice a year. This is referred to as the local level meeting. Issues left unresolved may progress to the next level.
Department or Agency Level
- Each department or agency head or their designee must meet with the representatives of PEF no less than twice a year.
Statewide Level
- This meeting is the highest level of the process and involves the Director of the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations and the President, or their designees. These meetings are held at least quarterly.
