Common Charges

Some of the most common charges that are subjects of IPs are:

failure to negotiate in "good faith" with the union
retaliation against employees who exercise their rights under the Taylor Law
changing the terms and conditions of employment without negotiating with the union
failure to provide information for negotiations or administering the contract
