Common Charges

Some of the most common charges that are subjects of IPs are:

  • failure to negotiate in "good faith" with the union
  • retaliation against employees who exercise their rights under the Taylor Law
  • changing the terms and conditions of employment without negotiating with the union
  • failure to provide information for negotiations or administering the contract
