The Convention
Stewards do not automatically attend the annual convention. Annual elections are run by PEF for members to elect their delegates. Stewards often run as delegates for the annual convention. By participating in the convention, delegates also have opportunities to be trained and learn more about the contract, grievances, stewardship, mobilizing and political action.
