Labor/Management Meetings
Stewards often find themselves in the position of having to deal with conflict in their workplaces. Because they are good listeners, leaders, and communicators, workers often look to their stewards to address their concerns with management.
A meeting that takes place between union stewards, sometimes accompanied by workers or other union members or union staff, and management, is called a Labor/Management meeting.
